Yes. You can find them at Home Depot or the like.
Neat! I just purchused a JAC MP5SD6 and I was wondering if its easy to find the little O-rings for these classics?
Fully adjustable.
Depending on the recoil spring, and recoil weights, you can drop the rof or turn it into a bb hose depending on what you do.
thats some high ass rate of fire lol
That’s completely news to me.. But I suppose it makes sense, I kind of understand how the air-fed mag system works now. Maybe you can give me a suggestio then, since I have sort of an M16/4 project going at the moment, and am not sure what airsoft gun to base it off of. I’ll send you a PM! Thank you, and great video by the way. Very nice guns.
It’s one or the other. No such thing as an air fed mag system gbb.
As for my JAC’s, they use the BV system using spring fed mags.
My asahi m16 in a few of my vids uses the Asahi air fed mag bv system and is all brass unlike the JAC’s that use plastic for the internals in most cases.
For classics, escort m16′s, mp5′s, and ak’s have a blow back system, yp mp5, JAC m16 gas in mag gbb, etc.
Hey, I have some questions. Do they all have a moving bolt [GBB], and are the mags air-fed?
I understand. You make a great point. Until i fire a fully upgraded JAC I rly shouldnt be beating on it. God i hate the character limit as well.
I personally thought the vid was great so ill rate it 5/5. Thanks for enlightening me on Classics.
Wasn’t trying to fight.. more or less trying to fit all the crap in as little posts as I can
Anyways if ya ever at one of the big events on the west coast drop me a note. I always bring all my guns out. I also have an extra tank and reg so someone else can take a classic out. It’s a different experience in every way. Some hate it but some love it. The felt recoil is what makes me love it. Feels more realistic so it makes up for the hose and tank. Much better than the new gbb’s out.
I play all types of games. Games that require 300, 350, 400.
Range isn’t something I need to worry about being I hit the aeg players before they even see me. I’m sending rounds out 50-100 feet farther than any of the aeg guys. Heck my buddies psg one tight bore barreled zombie killer aeg doesn’t even get close to me.
I can tune my gun for each specific even with ease. No need to worry about having multiple guns or swapping springs for fps. All I use is an Allen wrench
Ok i agree fair enough. We both love doing the same thing and that all that matter. If i ever get my hands on a Classic upgraded ill let you know. Thanks for our spirited discussion.
btw money is no concern of these things. I’m a grown adult with a Graphic Design job at Budweiser. No worries on small costs. Heck my Direct tv bill gets more attention
than my guns are.
Over all it’s much worth the additional cost. If you ever get the chance to pic up a heavily upgraded classic and try it by all means check it out. You might think differently about them after
Anways bro have a good one. I think we are all here for the same reason anyways. To play AIRSOFT!
Well if you dont count bbs i havent spent anything on my gun in about 2 years.
I dont need to change my fps. Its called deal with the fps you got and never worry bout it. My gun is 390 fps. I havent had any trouble going to a field. I dont do cqb so i never worry bout my fps. And you know the fps does not determine the range? I could put i tightbore barrel in and raise it to 398 if i want to. so a little money is put into that big deal. I dont now anybody who plays over 500 fps.
I have to buy bb’s the same as you. I don’t consider that as a unique cost to classics. ALL airsofters have to buy bb’s.
Other than that 2$ per day of gas and 2$ per year of oil. It is a small cost to run something that is so solid it will never ever break. I think of it as a “maintainance” cost.
search classic airsoft on wiki. Will give you the real facts about classics.
Just to mention I also built aeg’s before this so it’s not like I’m just an avg player. I knew aeg’s inside and out just as I have learned classics inside and out.
Great thats nice to know. My AEGs only cost me 20 bucks a month due to have to refill on bbs. You said 0 so you never buy bbs?
Sorry for all the post’s the lamer count limit sucks.
But anyways just a note my guns can be set to ANY fps required. I can go play a 300fps semi only game on friday night and go play a 400 fps limit game saturday with no mods. No ripping mech box springs out any more. I used to have to do that all the time and it sucked.
250-650 fps is what all my guns can run at. Adjustability is what I’m after. NTM I can make parts in my garage rather than go to AEX and drop 100$ at every trip there.
Just thought I’d add I’m on a team that primarily uses the Systema PTW guns and I have to say I still hang with them in every way.
It’s all about what you put into it. You buy a 200$ Stock JAC gun you will get 200$’s worth of gun. You put 1000$ into a custom LRB equipped Asahi m16 and you will get something that has SO much power and range it will drop jaws on every field. Same with aeg’s. Buy a clone you will get a sub par gun.
Just remember you can’t compare a 4.5 year old gun to a 20-30 year old gun. There is a big diff in age. But heck when you hit the 400,000 round mark with your aeg and not once have to open your mech box up let me know.
Over all my aeg’s were draining my pockets 10 times as fast as my classics. My classics had a high initial cost but have cost 0 since they have been finished. Only thing I will need to do is put a drop of oil in my inlet every time i play.
see that’s the thing. you said you use high caps. I use all real count mags. I don’t have to but I do. I prefer to actually have to work to get frags.
You probably tested a stock JAC gun. Mine aren’t stock. I have hand built them to my spec to what I want. They have all upgraded internals to custom lathed LRB stainless barrels.
I get my gas in a 50lb and a 25lb tank and re fil myself. The cost is near nothing. It costs me less than 2$ an 8 hour game to play.
Ok……ive had my gun for 4 1/2 years and it still shoots like the day i got it. I dont speed load my mags i use hi caps i know they arnt realiastic but its fun anyways. Oh and its a lot cheaper to just buy bbs and charge a battery. You make a good point but like ive said before JAC went out of business. No Co2 tank or hose needed. TM had cheap great performing guns.
This is my opnion you have yours. I actually have test fired an old JAC gun. My gun out performed it in every way.
btw check me out at the next Lion Claws. There will also be many other classic players there. You might want to educate your self on airsoft because really there is a whole world outside of aeg’s. Heck I won’t switch back. I sold all my Classic Army guns because they were horrible.
Everything you said was mis led. Your best bet is to learn about something before you say it’s bad. You have to remember our guns are 10,20,30 years old and they still work, but aegs won’t last more than a few years.
BTW You have to speed load TM mags as well. I have just as many mags as the guys running around with AEG’s so I don’t get how that comment made any sense.
And for no real use… my guns out perform, our range, and out last any TM. I use my guns on a daily basis and have put over 400,000 rounds through my xm177e2 with NO repairs needed. It runs like the day it was made.
Thats why my guns are better than TM in every way… they dont break like my aeg’s used to always do. Way more reliable.
